Ajayi Crowther Journal of Pure and Applied Sciences (ACJPAS) with ISSN: 3092-8729 and e-ISSN: 3092-8737 is a Peer-Reviewed, Open Access, International Journal published by the Faculty of Natural Sciences, Ajayi Crowther University, Oyo, Oyo State, Nigeria. It is a Referred, Crossref-indexed, Online Journal. Ajayi Crowther Journal of Pure and Applied Sciences (ACJPAS) is published as a Quarterly Journal with four issues per year. Ajayi Crowther Journal of Pure and Applied Sciences (ACJPAS) offers fast publication of quality Research and Review articles. Ajayi Crowther Journal of Pure and Applied Sciences (ACJPAS) publishes manuscripts (Original research, review articles, short communications and letters to the editor) on either experimental or theoretical aspects from all disciplines, including Biosciences, Chemical Sciences, Computer Sciences, Earth Sciences, Information and Communication Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Applied Sciences.

Aim and Scope

Ajayi Crowther Journal of Pure and Applied Sciences (ACJPAS) aims to establish itself as a platform for exchanging ideas in new emerging trends in Biosciences, Chemical Sciences, Computer Sciences, Earth Sciences, Information Communication Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Applied Sciences, that needs more focus and exposure and is always committed to publish articles that will strengthen the knowledge of upcoming Academicians, new Researchers, Authors, Technocrats and Scholars. Since its inception, Ajayi Crowther Journal of Pure and Applied Sciences (ACJPAS) has continuously published original and high-quality research articles.

Peer Review Process

Journal policies

Open access policy: Ajayi Crowther Journal of Pure and Applied Sciences (ACJPAS) is an open-access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.

Peer-review policy: The manuscript submitted to the Ajayi Crowther Journal of Pure and Applied Sciences (ACJPAS) will be reviewed by two or three suitable experts in their respective subject areas. The reports of the reviewers will be considered when deciding on acceptance or rejection of a manuscript. The Editor-in-Chief will make the final decision, based on the reviewer’s comments.

Anti-Plagiarism policy: Ajayi Crowther Journal of Pure and Applied Sciences (ACJPAS) has a very strict policy against plagiarism. The authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works, and if they have used the work and/or words of others, they should ensure that it has been appropriately cited or quoted.  

Copyright policy: All the articles published in Ajayi Crowther Journal of Pure and Applied Sciences (ACJPAS) are distributed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Non Commercial-Share Alike 4.0 International license. The journal allows the author(s) to hold the copyright of their work (all usages allowed except for commercial purposes).

Author self-archiving policy: The journal allows the authors to self-archive post-print and publisher’s version of the article in any Open Access Initiative (OAI) compliant repository.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

Authors are required to pay a #5,000 submission fee and an APC of #30,000 upon acceptance of a paper for publication, effective from January 1, 2026. Authors outside Nigeria will be required to pay an APC of $100.

Manuscript submission fee is not refundable.
